This Shipment Policy provides details about our shipping process, delivery times, and any applicable terms related to shipping. By placing an order on nivotirebike.com, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Shipping Locations
We offer domestic and international shipping services. We currently ship to:
- Domestic Orders: All 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Orders: We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their orders.
Please note that some remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer shipping times or may be excluded from our shipping options.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We provide various shipping options to suit your needs. The shipping method and cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Typical shipping time is 7-21 business days depending on the country.
Shipping rates are determined based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping address.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
- Backorders: If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated restock date. You can choose to wait for the restock or cancel the backordered item.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and can be affected by various factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. NivoTireBike is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.
- Holiday Seasons: During peak seasons, such as holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual. We encourage you to place your orders well in advance to avoid delays.
6. Shipping Damage or Loss
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund for the damaged product.
Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and assist you in resolving the issue.
7. International Orders
For international orders, please note that the recipient is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Clearance: All international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays in delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on regulations, import restrictions, and fees.
