At NivoTireBike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products purchased from nivotirebike.com under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made products, opened lubricants, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product listing or contact customer service for more information.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. Please note that the original item must meet the return criteria.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the package. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement. In cases where the product is damaged during shipping, please save the packaging and take photos for insurance purposes.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Opened or used lubricants and oils
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalized products
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
8. International Orders
Currently, we only accept returns for products shipped within the United States. International orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
